How to operate a work crusher? Firstly should know the working principle of these crushers.
1. Working principle of PC series Cabinet Hammer Crusher:
Stone material directly enters into high-speed rotating turntable through the top of machine, at the action of high-speed centrifugal force, engendering high velocity impact and high density crush. After hitting with each other, stone material forms vortex motion between turntable and casing, then through hitting, rubbing and crushing with each other repeatedly, until the requested granularity.

Working principle of PC series Hammer Crusher:
Hammer crusher (hammer mill) mainly consists of frame, rotor, trapezoidal iron plate, bar grate, etc. And the frame consists of the upper part and the lower part, which are made of welded cut armor plate, while other parts are connected into one by bolts. High manganese steel liners are mounted in the frame and can be replaced after wearing out.
There are several sets of hammers equipped on the main shaft of the hammer crusher in regular distribution. They constitute the rotor with dial and hammer shaft. Driven by the motor and V-belt, the main shaft rotate with rotors. And the rotors spread to the surrounding extensions under the centrifugal force brought from rotating. So when big materials fall into the crushing cavity of hammer crusher, they will be broken into pieces by high speed rotors. The qualified materials after crushing will be discharged from the gap of grate at the bottom, while those unqualified ones will still stay in the crushing part and then discharged when they reach the acceptable size after repeated actions of hammers and trapezoidal iron plates.

Working principle of PE series jaw crusher:
Jaw crusher mainly consists of frame, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, connecting bar, adjustment part and spring.
The movable jaw goes upward and downward through eccentric shaft when belt and belt wheel are driven by the motor. The angle between movable jaw and bracket turns big when the movable jaw goes upward, which pushes the movable jaw plate to come closely to fixed jaw plate. At the same time, materials are crushed with the movement of the movable jaw.
When the movable jaw goes downward, the angle between movable jaw and bracket turns small. Under the forces of spring and connecting bars, the movable jaw plate leaves fixed jaw plate, and the crushed materials with qualified size are discharged from the crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw crushes and discharges materials, which, in turn, realizes the goal of mass production.

Operating Principle of European version Fine Grinding Mill:
The frame is divided into two parts: upper part and lower part, which are welded by steel plates after being cut. Liners made of high manganese steels within the frame can be replaced after being worn out. The rotors consist of turnplates, pin shafts, and hammers which are grouped regularly in the main shaft. The main unit drives the main shaft through the motor and triangle belts, which, in turn, rotates the rollers. Large materials entering the crusher through the feed inlet are firstly crushed by the high-speed hammers, and then thrown fiercely to the support iron for further crushing. Qualified materials crushed will be screened out and exit from the gap of the grate bars while the unqualified will be left in the crushing cavity to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the grate bars. The gap between the rotors and the grate bars can also be adjusted according to different requirement. To avoid the plugging of the crusher, the proportion of water for the crushing materials is no more than 20%.
