Alumina, Bauxite and Aluminum oxide uses
(1) The aluminum industry. Use for the defense, aerospace, automotive, electrical, chemical, and daily necessities.
(2) Precision casting. Bauxite clinker processed into a fine powder made of the mold after precision casting. Use for the military, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, mechanical and medical devices.
(3) For refractory products. Bauxite Refractoriness up to 1780 ℃, chemical stability, good physical properties.
(4) Aluminosilicate refractory fibers. With light weight, high temperature, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, heat capacity of small and resistance to mechanical vibration and so on. Use for iron and steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical, aerospace, nuclear, defense and other industries. It is high alumina clinker into the melting temperature of about 2000 ~ 2200 ℃ high temperature electric arc furnace, the melting of the high-temperature, high-pressure high-speed air or steam injection, cooling, became white "cotton" - aluminum silicate refractory fiber. It can be pressed into the fiber blanket, board or woven into cloth instead of smelting, chemicals, glass and other industrial high temperature furnace lining refractory bricks. Firefighters used refractory fiber cloth clothes.
(5) To the clinker of magnesia and alumina as the raw material, adding an appropriate binding agent, for the pouring ladle the overall barrel liner very good results.
(6) The manufacture of aluminous cement, abrasive materials, ceramic industry, and the chemical industry can be prepared by a variety of compounds of aluminum.
