Grinding Mill has low maintenance design

The ring and roller of grinding mill are forged by special material with high utilization. Under the same grinding material and finish special size, the lifecycle of spare parts is about one year, which is 2-3times longer than impact mill or turbo mill. Furthermore, the lifetime can reach 2-5 years for grinding calcite carbonate.

Designed for continuous operation, Clirik grinding mill performs efficient fine grinding and classification of soft or medium-hard materials. It is based on combination of  classifiers and 2- or 3-roller mill body that can work with standard gear boxes. Due to integrated bearing system of roller table, grinding mill does not need any reinforcement on gearbox itself and requires minimal maintenance.
